About The Restoration King

The Restoration King is a locally owned restoration and construction company built on experience, long-standing relationships, and accountability. The roots of our work go back to my upbringing in Fallston, Maryland, where I learned the trade alongside my father, known to many as Billy O. He made his living installing floors and built a reputation through quality workmanship and word-of-mouth referrals.

As the oldest of three children, I learned early that trust, follow-through, and respect for clients mattered just as much as the work itself. Those lessons became the foundation for my own business, which I built and continue to lead today. As I grew the company, clients began asking for more than flooring and basic repairs. They wanted a single, reliable point of contact—someone who could handle problems efficiently without creating added stress.

In response, I expanded our services to meet those needs, allowing the business to grow organically through referrals and repeat relationships. Through family connections and client demand, our work expanded beyond Baltimore County into the DC metro area, and later into Ocean City, Maryland, supporting homeowners and property owners with second homes and rental properties.

Over time, we grew further into commercial work, including apartment turnovers, rental property servicing, and ongoing maintenance support for property management teams. In 2010, I became certified in water damage restoration, allowing us to respond to emergency situations such as burst pipes, leaks, and flooding. Many of our projects now begin with urgent calls and continue through full repair or reconstruction—handled by one accountable partner from start to finish.

Today, The Restoration King operates with a trusted group of subcontractors who have worked with me for 15 years or more. These are professionals who understand our standards, our clients, and the importance of doing the job right the first time. We function as a consistent, coordinated team—not a rotating cast of unfamiliar contractors. Looking ahead, the business continues to grow with intention.

Our next phase includes launching an online store and a design showroom at our warehouse location in Baltimore, Maryland, giving clients access to materials, finishes, and guidance in one place.

Whether supporting homeowners, property managers, or commercial clients, my approach remains the same: respond quickly, communicate clearly, and take responsibility through completion.
